Return Policy


We do not issue refunds. We will only allow exchanges within 7 days from date received and you will be responsible for shipping cost on items you would like exchanged if items are available. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Store credits are only applicable in certain cases.

Must show proof of purchase (receipt) to complete exchange. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email:

  • If huaraches are returned in worn or damaged condition an exchange for store credit will NOT be issues and the huaraches will NOT be returned to you. 
  • Please communicate with us via email with any questions or doubts you may have about your order. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the product and are very happy and willing to work with you if thats not the case. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
  • We do not cancel orders. Make sure to review your items prior to checking out.
